The Role

As
our Business Analyst, you'll turn data into direction. Working closely
with teams across the organisation, you'll uncover insights that help shape
strategic decisions, streamline processes, and enhance the guest and employee
experience.

You'll
act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions — making data
accessible, meaningful, and actionable.

What You'll Do

• Partner with stakeholders across
  Reflections to understand needs and translate them into practical data
  solutions.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards
  (Power BI / Microsoft Fabric) that drive visibility and informed
  decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems,
  automate reporting, and enhance business performance.
• Support the adoption and optimisation of
  Microsoft Fabric for data integration, analytics, and reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and
  governance of business data, supporting a culture of confident, data-driven
  decision-making.
• Stay curious — continuously explore new BI
  tools, trends, and practices that keep Reflections ahead of the curve.

About You

You're
a curious thinker who loves turning numbers into narratives. You thrive in
collaborative environments and enjoy connecting people with insights that drive
better decisions.

You'll
bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business,
  Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or
  similar data-focused role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving
  skills with an eye for efficiency and improvement.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI,
  Tableau, or Qlik.
• Excellent communication skills — you can
  explain technical concepts in a way that makes sense to everyone.
• A proactive approach and the ability to
  manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

It's
a bonus if you have:

• Experience with SQL, data modelling, or
  data warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of data governance, predictive
  analytics, or machine learning.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric features
  such as dataflows, lakehouse, or OneLake.
