**About the Role**
True great HR Generalist opportunity:
- Organisational Development projects.
- Talent Acquisition.
- Continuous Improvement focus in the day to day, making positive changes weekly.
- Contribute to the Business Unit strategic plan, supporting the implementation of key people initiatives.
- Ensure business unit compliance to all legislative requirements, company policies and commitments via Human Resources policies, legislative requirements of Enterprise Agreement.
- Provision of Human Resources advice, counsel and support.
- Facilitated training initiatives.

**Your Skills & Quals**
- Minimum 3 years Generalist Human Resources.
- HRIS Experience.
- Microsoft Office - Intermediate to Advanced Skills.
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business or related discipline and/or equivalent experience.
- RTW, WHS, Mental Health or willingness to obtain qualification.
