Role
As an Account Manager (Account Partner at Domain), under the guidance of an experienced Sales Leader, you will own a portfolio of residential real estate agency clients across an assigned region. You will use consultative solution selling (virtually and in-person) to drive revenue growth, deepen customer relationships, promote new product adoption and strengthen brand loyalty to position Domain as an embedded solution and valuable business partner.
You will enjoy independence in running your territory, bring new ideas and best practices, and work toward long-term career development.
What you'll do
- Get to know key clients’ businesses through close collaboration and maintain strong partnerships.
- Drive solution-selling across Domain’s portfolio of products to improve client outcomes.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle from initial meetings and demonstrations to business cases, contracts and account performance reporting.
- Present Domain insights to key stakeholders and participate in customer events and sales meetings.
- Strategize and implement business growth initiatives; occasionally support activity for Key Accounts during busy times.
- Proactively maintain relationships, introduce new and featured products, and help clients achieve their goals.
- Provide world-class customer service by resolving client queries and operational/account issues.
- Provide market feedback on conditions, competition, and opportunities to inform sales and marketing tactics.
- Expand knowledge to become an industry expert on tech solutions for the Residential Real Estate space.
Qualifications
- ESSENTIALS: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; proven success in B2B consultative selling/account management; experience crafting custom product solutions; strong sales drive with a humble approach; ability to negotiate and handle objections; curiosity about data and real estate; confident public speaking; drive and resilience to meet targets; ability to communicate ROI through storytelling; own a reliable vehicle (car allowance provided) and travel regionally.
- NICE TO HAVES: Experience in Real Estate, Media, Advertising or Software sales; face-to-face sales experience; proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM.
