This role focuses on selling to property developer clients, driving revenue and relationship growth, product adoption, and brand loyalty. Role & Responsibilities

- Own a portfolio of property developer clients across VIC under supervision of an experienced Sales Leader.
- Engage in consultative solution selling (virtually and in-person) to drive revenue growth, deepen relationships, increase product adoption, and build brand loyalty.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: initial meetings, product demonstrations, building a business case, contract execution, and reporting on account performance.
- Present Domain insights to key stakeholders and participate in customer events and sales meetings.
- Strategise and implement growth initiatives; proactively maintain relationships and introduce new or featured products to address client needs.
- Provide world-class customer service by resolving client queries and operational/account issues.
- Share market feedback (competitive activity, sales tactics, marketing initiatives) and identify barriers and opportunities.
- Develop expertise on tech solutions for the Real Estate Developer space and contribute to ongoing learning.

Our Ideal Person

ESSENTIALS: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university; proven success in B2B consultative selling / account management; comfortable with longer sales cycles; experience crafting custom product solutions; ability to negotiate and handle objections; strong ROI storytelling; own reliable vehicle with ability to drive to clients (car allowance provided).

NICE TO HAVES: Any combination of sales experience in Real Estate, Media, Advertising or Software; face-to-face sales experience; proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM.
