Implement and maintain office policies and procedures. Liaise with professionals to facilitate the resolution of office-related problems. Monitor and address complex or sensitive enquiries that are escalated. Contribute to the planning and review of office services and set standards. Coordinate and organize office operations, procedures, and standards. Qualification & experience AQF Associate Degree, Bachelors Degree is desirable. Experience of 1 year in the relevant field.
