F45 Training Chelsea is on the hunt for a motivated and community-driven Studio Manager to lead our team and grow our studio. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine floor hours delivering training with managing all aspects of the studio's success.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support our coaching team.
• Manage staff rostering and studio operations.
• Drive sales and lead conversion through proactive follow-up and member engagement.
• Create and manage marketing and social media content – stories, organic posts, and local community engagement.
• Foster member retention strategies to keep our community connected and thriving.
• Deliver high-quality training sessions that reflect the F45 brand standard.
• Ensure studio presentation, safety, and compliance at all times.

About You

• Proven leadership or management experience in F45, BFT, or similar group fitness environment.
• Confident in sales, marketing, and social media storytelling/content creation.
• Strong people management and rostering skills.
• Experience with MindBody and LoyalSnap (or similar platforms) is a plus.
• Passion for fitness, helping people change their lives, and building community.
• Organised, reliable, proactive – a doer who takes ownership and makes decisions.
