Key responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of SW audit clients
- Provide leadership, support, and resources to empower teammembers to perform at their best
- Plan and organise staff and resources to meet client andfirm commitments
- Identify and develop existing and potential businessopportunities
- Actively participate as a member of the AssuranceManagement Team
- Meet Key Firm Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as teamproductivity, fees, write-offs, number of new clients, work inprogress, and debtors
- Research, write, update, and review sections of thefirm's publications
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in AustralianAuditing and Accounting Standards, applying and sharing thisknowledge
- Attend manager meetings and conferences

Skills and experience

- 7-12 years' experience in an Assurance environmentwithin a Chartered or CPA accounting practice
- Fully qualified CA/CPA professional
- Strong technical proficiency and up-to-date knowledge ofauditing and accounting standards
- Skilled in reviewing client work and identifying issues andvalue-add opportunities
- Excellent client relationship management abilities
- Effective time management skills with the ability toprioritise work and meet audit deadlines across multipleclients
- Demonstrated staff leadership skills and experiencemanaging teams
- Professional presentation with excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills
