About the role

- Lead and manage a team of 7 direct client partners to deliver market revenue and share targets across our Metro, Regional and digital audio platforms.
- Collaborate closely with “Integrate by ARN” including with our Regional and Digital specialists, to identify and secure premium revenue opportunities.
- Foster and grow positive relationships within the marketplace and with key internal/external stakeholders, enhancing ARN’s reputation and brand.
- Build, develop, and retain a high performing sales team through hands on leadership, recruitment, training and performance management.

About you

- Leadership and people management: Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate and manage sales teams, fostering a culture of performance and engagement.
- Media Sales Experience: In depth knowledge of the Australian media landscape with 5+ years experience in media sales.
- Client relationship building: Strong networking, communication and interpersonal skills to grow business partnerships and represent ARN’s brand effectively.
- Commercial Acumen and Data Analysis: Demonstrated track record in achieving targets, analysing data and making strategic decisions.
