Who You Are:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital performance or a related field
- Experience in building effective marketing strategies in PPC, SEO, paid social media or other digital channels
- Demonstrated experience in campaign and channel analysis and reporting including Google Analytics
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and able to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations

What You'll Be Doing:

- Utilise platforms such as Google, META Ads and other digital channels to effectively reach target audiences
- Ensure successful planning, execution and optimisation for key traffic KPIs via digital channels
- Implement lead generation strategies
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment
- Manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
- Work closely with broader Marketing team to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
- Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and budget utilisation providing actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives
