As the Marketing and Events Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging events and digital campaigns that connect residents, attract new audiences, and strengthen the brand’s presence across Queensland.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate and deliver high-quality events including village launches, open days, deposit-holder gatherings, and resident engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to plan and execute digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, leads, and event attendance.
- Create engaging marketing materials and event communications across social media, eDMs, and digital platforms.
- Build relationships with residents, local communities, and event partners to ensure seamless delivery and authentic engagement.
- Provide post-event reporting and insights to continuously improve marketing and event performance.
- Manage updates to the organisation’s websites, event listings, and social media channels to support ongoing brand growth.
- Travel to village locations across Queensland to support onsite event delivery.

About You

You’re an organised, hands-on marketer who loves seeing your ideas come to life through events and community engagement. You thrive in a collaborative environment, bring fresh ideas to the table, and take pride in creating experiences that truly connect with people.

- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, events, or communications (property, lifestyle, or retirement sector experience is highly regarded).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events.
- Experience with email marketing (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp or similar) and social media platforms.
- Solid writing skills and an eye for detail across both digital and print content.
- A genuine passion for connecting communities and enhancing customer experiences.
