
Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities
- Making daily outbound calls to new customers with a focus on successfully onboarding them and building relationships.
- Building great working relationships and working closely together with Branch Managers and Sales teams.
- Prioritizing onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new customers.
- Providing necessary information and support to guide customers through the onboarding process and first purchase.
- Capturing and actioning customer and branch interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Qualifications
- You are skilled at striking the right balance between professionalism and friendliness when engaging with customers, creating a positive and welcoming interaction.
- You have excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to different customer types
- You have a positive and can-do attitude
- A team player who not only collaborates effectively but also brings a positive and down-to-earth energy to the workplace
- Have experience in a Call Centre or customer support role
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a commitment to meet deadlines.
- The ability to self-manage, follow instructions and be proactive in order to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong general computer skills
- Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded
