In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the school’s technology landscape by ensuring the reliability and efficiency of key applications. Collaborating closely with ICT teams and school staff, you will enhance system functionality, improve user experience, and align solutions with industry best practices, including ITILv4 and COBIT.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining, improving, and supporting line-of-business applications to meet the needs of staff and students, ensuring accessibility and alignment with operational requirements.
- Contribute to IT projects by gathering requirements, assisting with implementation, and supporting system enhancements that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Act as a technical resource, providing guidance to staff on system functionality and best practices while supporting training initiatives to enhance technology proficiency.
- Help implement security measures, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with the IT Service Desk to troubleshoot issues and streamline system operations.
- Beyond core responsibilities, actively engage with the school community, participate in events, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement.
About You
At Haileybury we are seeking exceptional people. We are looking for a team player who brings the following skills and experience:
- Experience managing run sheets, escalating issues, and coordinating with vendors.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to build relationships, and work within tight timeframes.
- Basic understanding of application support, management, and SQL databases.
- Demonstrated helpdesk experience with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of legal, privacy, and security requirements.
- Must hold a valid Working with Children Check, and National Police Check.
