We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will assist in analysing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in finance and gain valuable experience in financial analysis within a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

- Financial Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analysing financial data to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Help prepare and review budgeting and forecasting models to provide accurate financial insights and recommendations.

- Report Preparation: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key metrics and financial trends.

- Variance Analysis: Conduct analysis on budget vs. actual results, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

- Market Research: Assist in performing market research and competitive analysis to inform financial planning and strategy.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to gather necessary information and provide financial insights that support business decisions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
