Job Description

As the Exports Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing export operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as the primary contact for designated key commercial clients

- Coordinating end-to-end export processes, from booking to delivery

- Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements

- Liaising with carriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders

- Troubleshooting export-related issues and implementing solutions

- Supporting the development of export strategies and procedures

- Maintaining accurate records and preparing export documentation

- Adhering to security protocols within a customs bonded warehouse

The Successful Applicant

A successful Export Coordinator should have:

- Previous experience in logistics or a related field within the transport and distribution industry.

- Strong knowledge of export regulations and customs requirements.

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant logistics software.

- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.

- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
