Job Description

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for media & marketing to support business objectives within the consumer industry.

- Identify and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement and high-quality standards.

- Monitor supplier performance and manage key supplier relationships.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing initiatives with overall business goals.

- Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant regulations.

- Provide regular reporting on procurement activities and performance metrics.

- Drive continuous improvement across the supply chain to enhance efficiencies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sourcing Manager should have:

- A strong background in procurement and supply chain management within the Consumer/FMCG industry.

- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.

- Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with compliance standards and procurement best practices.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- A tertiary qualification in a related field such as business, supply chain, or procurement.
