**Sourcing Manager to join our Supply and Trading team in Australia.**

**Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future**- Manage Supply Ecosystem: Build strong supplier relationships, expand supplier pool, and integrate sustainability practices- Execute Sourcing Strategy: Design and implement sourcing strategy for the region, overseeing logistics, contracts, and strategy execution.- Drive Market Advantage: Provide market analysis, identify trading opportunities, and promote sustainability within the supply chain.- Secures a diverse and sustainable feedstock supply chain, crucial for Neste's business model.- Optimizes logistics and negotiates favorable contracts, reducing costs and improving profitability.- Enhances Neste's market positioning by building strong supplier relationships and identifying new trading opportunities.- Balancing the need to secure a consistent supply of feedstock with the requirement to optimize costs and maintain sustainability standards in a dynamic market environment.

**Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role**- Bachelor's degree (Post-grad considered a plus) in business, engineering, environment, or similar field- 3+ years' experience in procurement or biofuel feedstock supply/trading (energy markets knowledge a plus).- Strong analytical, organizational, communication,interpersonal skills. Exposure to physical logistics & regulatory concepts.
