About Them.. Our client is a specialist contractor in the south of Brisbane. This company specialises in a range of services across the construction arena and are highly regarded in their field. Due to a high workload and growth across the company, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer (mid to senior level) to join the organisation on a permanent basis. The right candidate will have strong support of management to provide the required resources to successfully ,make sure all projects are being delivered and accounts are being settled, on time, and to the highest standard. The Positions are Full-Time Role and available immediately. The Role.. As an Accounts Officer, reporting to the Project Manager & CEO, you will take ownership of the following: - Accounts Payable - Accounts Receivable - Generate invoices - Payroll - 50 staff - Payroll Tax - Data entry - General office administration You'll Need.. - Minimum 3-5 Years’ experience in a Accounts Role - Experience with Reckon accounting software is ideal for this role - Experience in construction and or building industry - Strong communication and leadership skills will be essential as you’ll be managing multiple internal and external stakeholder groups. - "Go Getter" with strong sense of urgency - Strong experience using Excel - Professionalism and strong communication with our clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
