Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Liaison Officer / Account Manager to join our IMS team for our Brisbane Operations (Richlands). You/'ll assist in managing waste, water, and energy services at client sites. Ideal for those with experience in waste and environmental sectors, passionate about improving waste diversion and sustainability outcomes for large organisations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering profitable projects that hit every key objective.
- Drive new business with the BD and IMS teams.
- Lead a strong network of service providers and subcontractors. Build and maintain trusted partnerships.
- Push continuous improvement across all accounts and IMS.
- Lead the way in safety and environmental performance whilst managing critical HSE risks.
- Provide expert technical support to clients
- Solve client issues fast and keep projects running smoothly.
- Work with Project Managers to keep sites compliant and operational.

Who you are
- You possess at least 1-2 year/'s Account Management experience ideally in a similar role and environment
- You are able to develop deep/strong client relationships, proving proactive waste solutions that contribute to achieving our clients/’ sustainability goals
- You can ensure that client accounts / projects are profitable and deliver on their promised objectives
- You/'re able to think on your feet and proactively manage unplanned requirements
