What you’ll be doing

- Designing and executing sales strategies and campaigns for Inside Sales.
- Coaching and mentoring high-performing team to exceed targets.
- Collaborating across departments to launch new products and improve processes.
- Managing key accounts and identifying growth opportunities
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.

To succeed, you will need

- Proven experience in Sales leadership, ideally in a technical or service-based industry.
- Strong Communication and planning skills, with a people first mindset
- Skilled in creating and executing effective plans that support team and business success.
- Passion for mentoring and team development
- Comfortable with CRM systems, reporting tools and data-driven decision making
