Job Description

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support for product selection and application.

- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the CRM system.

- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business goals.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve product offerings.

- Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Inside Sales Engineer should have:

- A relevant qualification in engineering or a related field.

- Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.

- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
