We're Hiring: Inside Sales Executive

Location: North Sydney | Hybrid

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support our partner programs and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about driving sales success through operational excellence.

The Opportunity

You'll be the backbone of our clients EPP and CEPP partner programs, managing communications, maintaining accurate data, and supporting campaign execution. You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline while ensuring partners have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to EPP enquiries and manage the eBay Sales Mailbox
  • Maintain accurate partner account and contact data in Salesforce
  • Support CEPP campaign and roadshow planning and logistics
  • Track and develop sales pipeline generated from partner campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and partner satisfaction
What You'll Bring
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and data accuracy
  • Managed high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to engage prospects and partners
  • Supported marketing campaigns, including event coordination and roadshow logistics
  • Analysed campaign performance to optimise lead generation and sales results
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to support sales growth
