Are you passionate about making a difference? Do you thrive on building strong relationships and driving fundraising success? Heart Foundation is seeking a dedicatedCommunity Fundraising Coordinatorto help us support Australians in living healthier, longer lives.

In this vital role,you'llbe the driving force behind our community fundraising efforts.You'llwork closely with individuals, community groups, andworkplaces;helping them meet and exceed their fundraising goals. Your focus will be on growing and nurturing supporter relationships,identifyingnew opportunities, and delivering exceptional donor experiences.

You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and one of our East Coast offices (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra).

Your Key Responsibilities

- Cultivate relationships with new and existing community fundraisers across Australia.
- Drive income generation through the acquisition, retention, and growth of our supporter base.
- Deliver multi-channel communications including phone, email, SMS, video, and face-to-face.
- Manageaccuraterecords and ensure compliance with all fundraising regulations.
- Contribute to fundraising campaign planning and execution.

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience ina similar role e.g.relationship/account management and/orincome generation.
- Previousexperiencein community or corporate fundraisingwill be highly regarded.
- Confident and friendly phone mannerisms, comfortable with initiating and receiving phone calls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Raiser's Edge/NXT preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A genuinepassion for helping supporters(donors and their communities)succeed.
