Telesales Agent

As a Telephone Charity Fundraiser, you’ll be part of a small, friendly six-person team dedicated to making a real difference. Your role will be to connect with members of the public over the phone, inspire them with the mission of our charity partners, and secure sales for their fundraising raffles.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound fundraising calls in line with agreed scripts and compliance requirements.
- Engage with potential donors in a professional, friendly, and persuasive manner.
- Accurately record outcomes of calls in the database.
- Work to individual and team fundraising targets.
- Contribute positively to the team environment with energy, reliability, and enthusiasm.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in telesales, fundraising, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection.
- Commitment to delivering results for both clients and charities.
- Reliable and willing to contribute to a supportive small-team culture.
