Recent Projects & Strategic Partnerships

You’ll work as a trusted advisor to some of Australia’s most recognisable brands - embedded in long-term partnerships that shape strategy and drive performance. Recent work includes:

You’ll be doing

- Champion amazing client relationships

- Tackle thorny business problems through smart research design

- Drawing from your deep well of quantitative methodologies

- Translate sophisticated data sets into clear, actionable strategies

- Facilitate workshops, deliver impactful presentations, and engage senior stakeholders

- Manage 1-2 amazing people

You’ll bring

- Significant experience in customised consumer insights strategy

- A strong market research agency track record

- A packed methodological toolkit (quantitative) with a wealth of experience across industries and complex, ad hoc research challenges

- Qualitative skills a bonus

- Sharp analytical skills

- Confidence as a presenter, facilitator and trusted advisor

- Strategic curiosity, rigour, and imagination in equal measure

- Experience in building up high-performance team members

Why join?

- Market-leading rewards – salary, bonuses, and perks

- No timesheets – focus on impact, not admin

- Rocket science thinking – challenge your thinking, get comfortable with what you don’t know, and learn from inspiring folk

- Flexibility – hybrid model (3:2), with an office vibe that draws the team in naturally

- Agility with scale – collaborate with smart teams across locations, with all-agency events that fuel learning, connection, and celebration

- Innovative leadership – a forward-thinking SLT driving change in the insights space
