About the role

At Reason Group, we work with government and industry to deliver elegant solutions to complex challenges. As a Director, you will lead account teams, oversee large-scale engagements, and build trusted relationships with senior executives. This role combines delivery excellence, client advocacy, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee multiple complex engagements, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.
  • Oversee, run, and plan account teams to achieve sales and farming objectives, including repeat business, account growth, and the development of compelling client proposals.
  • Manage account-level budgets, resources, risks, and governance, ensuring projects run within company tolerances.
  • Act as a client advocate, engaging directly with senior executives (SES3/4 & C-suite) and influencing strategic decision-making.
  • Build Reason Group's reputation as a trusted advisor and delivery partner, driving long-term client satisfaction and brand growth.
  • Establish and embed standards and frameworks for delivery planning, governance, and execution across the organisation, building internal capability and maturity.

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years' experience in consulting or professional services, with proven success leading large, complex engagements and accounts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in account planning, farming sales, and developing winning client proposals.
  • Exceptional ability to engage and build trusted relationships with senior executives (SES & C-suite).
  • Expertise in project/program management, including budgeting, risk management, and governance.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide account teams and balance competing priorities.
  • Strong public sector experience, ideally with current security clearance.
