As their APAC division continues to grow, they're now seeking a Client Development Manager / Business Development & Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in either Sydney or Melbourne. This is your opportunity to be part of a company that helps brands make smarter, faster decisions through high-quality data and insight.
What You'll Be Doing:
This hybrid role blends new business development (70%) with account management (30%) - utilizing your skills in sales, negotiation, relationship building and insight generation. You'll play a key role in growing existing client relationships while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities across sectors - market research, PR, media, comms and enterprise.
Your day‑to‑day will include:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities to wins through referrals, networking, attending events and conferences - both in person and virtually
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver data-driven solutions that meet client goals
- Contributing to proposals, pitches, and presentations at all stakeholder levels - you’re equally confident in the boardroom presenting as you are on the phone, or in person
- Attending marketing and market research conferences to build your network, and brand presence and sport opportunities
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high-performance culture.

Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in market research, online panels, or data-driven sales
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end online research process
- A strong track record of growing accounts and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger for success
- Passion for data, insights, and helping clients make informed decisions.
