Salary: $86,949.78 - $92,927.77 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

Layout: Temporary Full-time position for 12 months from appointment; Part-time working arrangements may be available. Based in the Toowoomba CBD.

About the position

The Business Improvement Officer position provides support, oversight and assurance in achieving quality outcomes across a range of projects to support the Branch Manager and Principals.

The Business Improvement Officer will support the Branch Manager and Principals in identifying business needs, analysing processes and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves gathering and documenting requirements, assisting in the development of business cases, supporting project management activities and driving implementation.

This position is a fixed term contract with flexible work arrangements and will work under general direction.
