The core business of WSRP Pty Ltd is to engage with multiple international role players in the healthcare and healthcare technology sectors to establish new business models for developing and importing healthcare solutions for Australia and to set up viable export channels for Australian designed healthcare products and solutions. We also identify, construct, renovate and establish medical practices, residential homes and commercial properties.

Position

Business Improvement Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Analysing and evaluating current systems and structures across medical practices and business units to reduce complexity in business processes by using Industrial Project (IP) tools, network and savings calculations, to design and define the solution;

- Assisting in implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised instructions and updating standard operating procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation in line with the standard corporate templates;

- Coaching and mentoring individuals and teams to build specific capabilities, including encouraging the development of objectives and strategies to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and the efficient use of the organisation's resources;

- Directing clients towards more efficient organisation and developing solutions to organisational problems;

- Discussing current systems and processes with staff and observing systems at all levels of organisation in order to drive improvements by mapping out workflow, identifying non‑value adding activities or cost inefficiencies and recommending solutions;

- Identifying business and organisational opportunities through application of continuous improvement and change methodologies;

- Preparing and recommending proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems in order to drive business improvement;

- Reviewing operating procedures and advising gaps and non‑compliance from procedures and standards against regulatory standards or policies;

- Undertaking and reviewing cross‑functional business processes by analysing existing and proposed methods and procedures that could include technical optimisation improvements and continuous evaluation of national process improvement and cost saving initiatives that relate to, as an example, strategic cost reduction and / or lead time improvement.

Qualifications

To be considered you will need a level of skill commensurate with a relevant bachelor degree or higher qualification and two years of relevant post‑qualification employment experience OR at least five years of relevant employment experience as a Business Analyst or Business Improvement Manager (Management Consultant).

Employment Details

This is a full time position, an immediate start is available. An attractive salary is on offer to the successful candidate. WSRP Pty Ltd Head Office is based in Sippy Downs, QLD. Working remotely is permissible with regular attendance at Head Office.
