Role Overview
Easygo is seeking a Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across the business. This role is ideal for data professionals who thrive in fast-paced, technology-driven environments and are passionate about leveraging analytics to drive innovation in gaming, operations, and compliance. Working closely with the Business Intelligence and cross-functional teams, the Data Analyst will help make data more accessible, accurate, and impactful across the organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Collect, clean, and analyse large, complex datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
- Build and maintain reusable data models that support reporting and analytics at scale.
- Design and automate reports that enable informed decision-making across departments.
- Develop and manage interactive dashboards that track performance and business metrics.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Translate complex data into meaningful narratives that support compliance, operations, and gaming strategies.
- Provide ad-hoc analyses and insights to support cross-functional projects.
- Contribute to the improvement of data workflows, documentation, and overall analytics processes.
- Support the development of scalable data integration and visualisation solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance data capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in data analysis, statistical modelling, or predictive analytics.
- Strong SQL and Python skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau for building dashboards and reports.
- Experience with ETL processes and tools (e.g., Databricks, AWS Glue, or similar).
- Excellent ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts or applications (preferred).
- Proactive and adaptable mindset suited for a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical curiosity and a passion for turning data into meaningful decisions.
