Working with our Client Partnerships and Commercial Content teams you will:* Support and drive process improvements* Work with senior leaders on restructure and organisational design* Build effective working relationships with centres of excellence teams* Provide advice and support on all areas of HR including but not limited to performance, leave, absenteeism, pay, engagement, people or leader issues and development.* Have 2+ years of experience in a HR generalist role with demonstrated experience working with leaders of all levels of the organisation, providing accurate and timely support.* You are a true “jack of all trades” when it comes to HR. You are incredibly customer focused, demonstrate high integrity and are not afraid to have difficult conversations.* You thrive and shine in a fast-paced environment.
