We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer to provide support for our Operational Capability Department.

This is a Part Time (0.9FTE), Fixed Term position Ending 30 June 2026 . While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a two day per week presence at Sunshine in line with our hybrid working model.

About the role

Reporting to the Commencing Practice Lead, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:

- Provide high level administration support and assistance to the Commencing Practice team, including coordinating information, collating presentations and documentation, and preparing communications and reports as requested
- Maintain an effective and efficient filing system in consultation with Central Records to ensure all information is centrally recorded in HPRM, stored confidentially and readily accessible
- Act as the initial point of contact for Commencing Practice by answering calls, answering routine enquiries and processing messages for follow-up/action/referral
- Assist the Commencing Practice Lead and others as directed, with administrative and secretarial support

About you

To be considered for this position you will possess qualifications (diploma, degree, or industry certification) with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience. Other requirements include:

- Demonstrated experience and expertise in providing secretarial and administrative support within a large organisation or department.
- Proven experience in using computerised financial and management information systems, word processing and spread sheeting applications including intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office suite applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and the Internet
- Previous experience with an Oracle database and enterprise level learning management system (desirable)
