What tasks are waiting for you?

Design and build semantic data models and logical data structures to support scalable, user-friendly HR reporting.

Analyze complex data from multiple HR systems to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.

Develop and maintain a global HR reports catalogue, ensuring accessibility, relevance, and compliance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into intuitive dashboards and visualizations.

Create and test reports using tools like Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL, ensuring accuracy, security, and user-centric design.

Support global HR initiatives by providing data-driven insights and participating in cross-functional projects.

Prepare data cubes, semantical and logical data structures, report mock-ups, including navigation, report features, access control patterns, etc.

Manage access controls to ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.

Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring colleagues and promoting best practices in people analytics across the organization.

Partner with IT BI team to enhance our reporting infrastructure and integrate new technologies.

Have 5+ years of experience in HR reporting, data analytics, or business intelligence;

Are confident working with tools like Power BI, SQL, Excel;

Worked with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or Databricks and with SAP SuccessFactors;

Can translate business needs into intuitive, user-friendly dashboards and reports;

Are fluent in English (minimum B2 level) and comfortable working across cultures and functions;

Have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of data privacy and compliance;

Enjoy collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting practices;

Are curious, proactive, and passionate about making HR data meaningful and accessible.
