The Senior IT Service Officer delivers first and second level support, administers IT infrastructure and end‑user devices, and maintains accurate systems and network documentation.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will:
- provide first and second level IT support, including installation, configuration and testing of computers and associated hardware
- maintain computing devices, printers and other peripherals
- support and maintain IT infrastructure – Windows 11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure and Microsoft 365 suite
- apply IT service management principles to deliver consistent and reliable service
- maintain accurate systems and network documentation
Qualifications & Experience
- substantial experience providing IT support services, including maintaining computing devices, printers and other peripherals
- skills and experience with Microsoft technology (Windows 11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365)
- experience using IT service management principles
