About the role

As a Processing Officer in our Accounts Management team, you will support our members and frontline teams by ensuring all account related processes and transactions are actioned in a timely manner to grow and support relationships.

Working as part of an inclusive and collaborative team your key responsibilities will include:

- Addressing 3rd party and government requests
- Managing the deceased estates process
- Processing various member requests via PNL Core Banking systems including assisting with term deposits
- Production and action of operational reports
- Reconciliation of general ledgers, general accounts and transactional business processing including attending to and following up on any transaction and card disputes

What you will bring?

- Experience in a similar role within banking
- High level customer service skills and focus
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of operational risk management framework, and the capacity to maintain awareness of risks, regulatory compliance and procedures
- Previous experience with various banking systems and the ability to learn and utilize PNL's Banking Systems such as Lendfast, Omniflow, Core Banking Systems, ProMapp
