Stratco is an Australian-owned innovator, manufacturer, and marketer of quality building and renovation solutions. With sophisticated manufacturing facilities, retail stores, and professional trade representation throughout Australia and New Zealand, Stratco has supplied a comprehensive range of products to the building and construction industries, and home improvement and DIY markets for over 75 years. In a technical sales capacity for a portfolio of lifestyle building products, you will be the key point of contact between Stratco and our customers. Your scope will encompass: Responsibilities - Maintaining and developing relationships with all assigned customers. - Identify new product opportunities, enhancements, and innovations to maintain and grow market share, and develop new customers. - Increase sales volumes of the patio product range through the dealer network and trade. - Assisting customers find innovative solutions using Stratco products and materials - Liaising with our engineering and operations teams to improve product design and customer service. - Prepare project quotations and sales proposals. - Providing product training to other sales personnel. We’re seeking a dynamic, “can-do” individual with a background in BSB technical sales or Product Management. Experience gained within building products or related sectors is an advantage. The ideal candidate will be a compelling communicator, equipped with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, we require a a "hands on" , practical person with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
