What your work will involve

As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our services and head office teams. Your responsibilities include developing campaigns to attract talent, screening candidates, and extending contracts. You will leverage your relationship-building and influencing skills, working closely with Hiring Managers to coach and support them throughout the process. Additionally, you will handle relevant reporting and contribute to other People & Culture projects.

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in a similar role

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to manage a busy workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- High attention to detail and understanding of regulatory compliance
