Recruitment and Reporting Coordinator

**Your new company**
Located conveniently in Melbourne’s CBD, this established Victorian State Government Body is currently seeking a Recruitment and Reporting Coordinator to join their dynamic HR team on a 6-month contract with the possibility to become ongoing.

**Your new role**
- Providing end to end administrative support for recruitment practices.
- Managing and supporting the entire recruitment process
- including inductions, on boarding and best practice standards.
- Delivering clear and accurate workforce data management reports.
- Analysing and interpreting workforce data management reports to highlight key trends and areas of improvement.
- Provision of administrative support to the wider PW&C team as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in using Chris21 - or any other payroll system.
- You will have great IT Skills with intermediate excel skills
- Be highly organised with strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Great interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
