We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve managing the recruitment process, collaborating with stakeholders, and building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job briefings and advertising to screening, interviews, reference checks, offers, and candidate care
  • Collaborating with venue managers and operational teams to understand hiring needs and secure the best talent fit for each role
  • Writing and posting engaging job ads and creating content to promote opportunities across social media, internal boards, and industry networks

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in recruitment or an internal talent acquisition role
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly regarded
  • A track record of delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
