**What your work will involve**
As the People & Learning Recruitment Coordinator you will provide support to all Big Fat Smile portfolios, focusing on the end to end recruitment process from development of individual campaigns to contract offer. You will also be responsible for reviewing and creating longer term strategic campaigns to ensure we always have the right people at the right time.
Relationship building and influence will be a strength of yours, and you will use these by working closely with Hiring Managers to coach and support them through the process. Lastly, you will manage all relevant reporting and metrics in relation to talent management and will provide recommendations to the team as relevant, on top of working on adhoc People & Culture projects.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Cleared Valid for paid work, working with Children's Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain one)
- Previous experience in a similar role, specifically high volume recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated initiative to problem solve and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Proven capacity to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to deliver high standards of professional service, including respectfully conducting difficult conversations
- Belief in our values, and ability to demonstrate them
- Ability to be a positive contributor to the wider People & Culture Team
- High levels of attention to detail, and understanding of the need to comply with regulatory requirements
- Passenger Car Drivers Licence
