Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving the attraction and engagement of quality applicants to our business. This is a full-time role that can be based at either one of our hospitality locations.

This involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job briefings and advertising to screening, interviews, reference checks, offers, and candidate care.

You will collaborate with operational teams to understand hiring needs and secure the best talent fit for each role.

Additionally, you will write and post engaging job ads and create content to promote opportunities across social media, internal boards, and industry networks.
