The Role

- Be hands-on in managing a portfolio of 100–130 properties with the support of dedicated offshore, leasing, and field staff
- Coach and support team members to ensure ongoing growth and success within the department
- Oversee the property management operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Use your client centric mindset and strong communication skills to nurture relationships with landlords and tenants alike
- Develop and implement strategies to improve tenant satisfaction and retention
- Improve operational processes by identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Act as the key escalation point for tenant and landlord concerns, ensuring swift resolution and client satisfaction
- Monitor and achieve the KPIs set by the department

Skills & Experience

- Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration
- At least 4+ years’ experience as a Property Manager with leadership exposure
- A current valid QLD Driver’s License
- Passionate about individual and team growth
- Demonstrated resilience and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine love of Property Management and people

Please note that Chinese-speaking skills are not required, though cultural awareness and adaptability is highly valued.
