YOUR ROLE

As the Site Manager at our Wattle Grove facility, you’ll lead a 13,000 sqm multi-customer distribution centre within CEVA’s Contract Logistics business. Reporting to the General Manager Contract Logistics Operations WA, you’ll take full accountability for site performance, people leadership, safety, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

This is a pivotal leadership role for a seasoned logistics professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

- Oversee all aspects of site performance to achieve safety, service, cost, and productivity targets

- Develop and manage site budgets, forecasts and KPIs to deliver sustainable financial outcomes

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing operations team across warehousing, packaging and transport activities

- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to ensure operational and safety compliance

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and accountability across all site operations

- Engage regularly with customers and stakeholders to ensure service delivery and operational excellence

- Champion CEVA’s commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement in everything you do.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You’re an experienced logistics leader who brings commercial acumen, operational discipline and the ability to inspire teams to perform at their best. You’ll also have:

- Comprehensive knowledge of complex warehouse operations (preferably 3PL)

- Proven experience managing a large logistics and/or distribution site

- Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to coach, empower and build cohesive teams

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and process excellence

- Tertiary qualification in logistics and supply chain, business / commerce or related field (preferred).

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
