About the Role (Your Why)

You will be joining our growing national Project Services team, delivering multiple projects to important customer(s). The role of the Project Manager is to ensure that all Projects are delivered to the highest quality standard, within scope, in budget and on time. You will assist with Project Delivery which begins at the point of handover from the Sales team.

Our offices are based in Adelaide. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best

What You’ll Do

As Project Manager, you are accountable for, but not limited to:

- Responsible for Project Delivery (planning, tracking and varying)
- Document and technical writing and formatting
- Assist in scoping and planning of analysis activities, ensuring clear understanding of the work is captured
- Work with the team in a range of broad Business Analysis activities across a diverse range of business to assist stakeholder management and capturing of business needs
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders
- Manage project admin tasks

What You’ll Bring

You will be able to demonstrate:

- A strong client/customer focus
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills including exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at one time, achieve required outcomes and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- The ability to successfully deliver projects, coming in on time, to scope, quality and within budget
- The experience and willingness to assist the Sales and Presales team with sales responses (RFQ, RFP, RTF, RFI etc.) and project variations.
