About the role
RCP has immediate opportunities available for enthusiastic, specialist consultant Project Managers in RCP's Adelaide, Brisbane & Sydney offices. You will join our industry-leading project development and delivery team providing specialist construction, time and cost advisory services working directly with clients in both private and public sectors gaining valuable experience and insights across a broad range of projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary design and project delivery teams in a collaborative way, building trust and lasting relationships.
- Provide specialist construction, time and cost advisory services on major building projects.
- Coordinate design, cost, time, scope, quality and risk management across projects valued >$25M in commercial, education, health, industrial or high-rise residential sectors.
Qualifications and skills
- 3-10 years of client-side consulting project management, development advisory, contract administration and cost management experience on major building projects valued >$25M (commercial, education, health, industrial or high-rise residential projects highly regarded).
- Passion for leading multi-disciplinary teams and building trustful, lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and ability to manage design, cost, time, scope, quality and risk on major construction projects.
- Bachelor degree in quantity surveying, construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field (essential).
- Permanent work rights in Australia without restrictions.
