Site Manager

Our client is a diversified commercial builder working on projects from $20M to $200M nationwide. In Victoria, the business has multiple projects starting towards the year's end and is looking for 2 Site Managers to move onto projects that will see them working throughout 2026 into the early stages of 2027.
Responsibilities
- Act as Site Manager on one of two Melbourne inner South East projects: a $90M multistorey office project and a $60M industrial D&C complex.
- Oversee all subcontractor trades and delegate work across foreman and Leading Hand resources.
- Develop and manage project programming and buildability, with the ability to forecast design and construction issues before they arise.
- Maintain excellent communication skills, communicating up and down the line.
- Support a strong commitment to OHS best practice, working with an established project management team and long-term client.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience running commercial construction projects at Site Management level in Victoria.
- A stable work history with a demonstrated background of starting and completing projects with the same employer.
