About the Company

Our client is a long-standing commercial and industrial builder delivering high-quality warehouses, factories, and mixed-use developments across Melbourne and regional Victoria. With a strong pipeline of work, they're seeking two experienced Site Managers to take charge of upcoming projects in Melbourne's Northand West.

The Opportunity

Each role offers the chance to oversee a full build—from groundworks to handover—on projects typically valued between $5M and $30M. You'll lead on-site operations, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and work closely with a supportive project team. This is a chance to take ownership of site delivery while working with a motivated and professional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
  • Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Enforce and promote a strong safety culture and compliance with all OH&S standards.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager, Contract Administrator, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues promptly.
  • Conduct site meetings, track progress, and maintain accurate project documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial and/or industrial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and OH&S requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage trades and foster a positive site environment.
  • Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a trade background will be highly regarded.
