Are you a proactive, safety-focused Site Manager ready to take the reins of high-quality commercial construction projects? We\'re representing a leading Melbourne-based commercial builder known for delivering impactful community-focused developments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee active construction sites, ensuring projects progress safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
  • Manage all on-site operations, including personnel, subcontractors, and visitors.
  • Implement company procedures, coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and represent the business onsite with professionalism and clear communication.
  • Foster a collaborative environment through strong communication and teamwork.
  • Maintain rigorous standards of health, safety, and quality compliance.
  • Utilise construction technology and processes to monitor progress in a fast-paced setting.
  • Uphold integrity, professionalism, and consistency in every aspect of site management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Tertiary qualification in construction management, a qualified carpenter or a related discipline.
  • Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one).
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial construction—with sites including schools, social housing, local government, or community infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership, excellent stakeholder communication, and a commitment to safety-first site execution.
