Position Overview
As a Partnerships and Growth Manager based in our Sydney office, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving local growth. This role uniquely blends strategic partnership development with hands-on marketing execution, making it ideal for someone who’s both commercially minded and creatively driven.
You will also be responsible for advising the organisation on business improvements, market expansion strategies, and operational efficiencies to improve performance and profitability. This includes identifying and solving organisational and commercial challenges to support sustainable growth.
Reporting directly to our local Managing Director, you’ll also collaborate with a global team of experts across marketing, partnerships, and strategy. Although we've moved beyond the startup phase, our team maintains a fast-paced, agile mindset — where ownership, collaboration, and adaptability are key.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess organisational operations and growth opportunities to develop strategic recommendations that improve commercial performance and market positioning
- Build and manage strategic partnerships: Identify, establish, and maintain strategic regional partnerships that contribute to growth. Leverage global tools and co-marketing support to drive mutual success.
- Develop commercialization/market strategies and execution of communications initiatives: Own and manage marketing & communications efforts for the ANZ market, including awareness campaigns, customer communications and localized strategies (e.g. conferences and events).
- Drive lead generation: Lead performance-driven campaigns to generate high-quality leads and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with global teams: Work closely with our global Partnerships Team, tapping into expertise across partner success, strategy, marketing, and operations to accelerate results.
- Analyse business problems and contribute to the development of solutions that improve efficiency and drive growth outcomes
- Contribute to a supportive team culture: Be a key member of our close-knit Sydney team, stepping in where needed and embracing a hands-on approach to help the team succeed.
Measures of Success
- Execution and ROI of strategic events or sponsorships
- Growth in brand awareness metrics (e.g. website traffic, social reach, PR mentions)
- Partner satisfaction and retention
- Effectiveness of strategic recommendations and business improvements implemented
- Contribution of partnerships to lead generation and revenue
- Qualified lead growth and cost-efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
- Background in business improvement, consulting, or strategic growth initiatives within commercial organisations
- Proven experience planning and executing marketing campaigns with a strong grasp of segmentation and performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Solutions-focused mindset with adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce, marketing automation)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate business operations and recommend process improvements
Bonus: Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
