**Our Team**

Our national Client & Market Growth (CMG) team at MinterEllison is a high performing and critical component of the firm and essential to the firm's success. The team supports the partnership by providing the full spectrum of business development and marketing services to ensure the firm develops and maintains strong relationships with new and existing clients and supports its strategic objectives.

**Your Role**

A fantastic opportunity exists in Sydney for a Client Growth Coordinator or Consultant to work in our Consulting Solutions line of business team (CS).

In this role you will primarily support the Tax and MinterEllison Consulting (MEC) practice areas and will report to the Senior Market Growth Manager in CS. To be successful in this role you will collaborate with a range of CMG, business operations, legal and consulting professionals across all levels of seniority.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- support and advise the national tax team with their key market growth priority campaigns, client initiatives, proposals, events, conferences and directory submissions, in conjunction with the Director of Lines of Business- support the Senior Market Growth Manager in CS to execute market growth strategies for the MinterEllison Consulting teams, including building brand awareness, campaigns, new solution development, proposals, credentials, and events- work on marketing and profile raising initiatives for the Tax and MEC team, including working with colleagues in the brand, marketing and communications team- assist with broader CMG team initiatives including ad hoc support for other Consulting Solutions client offerings.- work with the partners to collate directory submissions- support partner BD activities, in line with Business Unit priorities- collaborate with cross-industry and cross line of business teams to support development of integrated and multidisciplinary solutions. Support the development of multidisciplinary solutions through the understanding of client needs, market assessment and insights.

**More about you**- 1-2 years working within a similar role, legal and/or professional services experience is highly regarded- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, marketing or a related discipline- Polished verbal communication and business writing skills, with attention to detail- Strong stakeholder management skills with a client service focus- Proactive team player with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment- Demonstrated organisational, time management and project management skills- Solution oriented mindset with strong prioritisation skills- Influencing skills to manage multiple virtual teams of stakeholders nationally- Goal focused with a drive to learn and improve each and every day- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite- A commitment to innovation and best practice- Ability to work autonomously and with a team.
