About the position
Our client is seeking an Employment Lawyer with 3–6 years PAE to join a growing team with a strong commitment to nurturing talent. This opportunity is ideal for a mid‑level lawyer who’s eager to build technical depth, take ownership of challenging files, and benefit from close mentoring by senior lawyers who are leaders in the field.
You’ll work across a broad scope of employment and industrial matters, including:
- Workplace disputes and unfair dismissal claims
- General protections and discrimination matters
- Enterprise bargaining and industrial strategy
- Drafting and advising on employment contracts and executive arrangements
- Advocacy in the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals

Key Requirements
- 3–6 years post‑admission experience in employment or litigation law
- Admitted in Queensland (or able to obtain admission promptly)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about employment law and client‑focused service
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
- Demonstrated interest in developing a long‑term career in this area
- Accredited Specialist (or interest in pursuing accreditation) welcomed
